We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Credit Controller for our Group Finance team in Leeds. This hybrid, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to support a vital element of our Finance function with clear support and guidance to develop your financial career.
You'll be an integral part of our high-performing Credit Control team, responsible for providing professional collection experiences for our clients and supporting the team to meet their financial objectives. Our team boasts a strong record in cash collections and emphasizes collaboration and career growth, with a history of internal promotions.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including contacting clients for payments, administrative support, efficiently handling queries, maintaining accurate debt-chasing records, and liaising with internal teams about outstanding debts.
To succeed, you will have at least six months of finance administration experience in a professional services environment. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and IT proficiency in Excel and Outlook are also crucial.
