The successful individual will be working for a large Architectural team within the area. The company deliver projects within a range of sectors and these projects range up to the value of £40M in value.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
12. Prepare and coordination design, production and construction package information using technical skill with attention to detail
13. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS and BIM360 would be desirable
14. Good working knowledge of construction methods and Building Regulations
15. Liaison with internal and external consultants in the production of specialist design information
16. Liaison with planning & building control authorities
17. Input into pre construction information
18. Review and update design risk assessments on a regular basis
19. Ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines
20. Able to take the initiative to solve technical issues
21. Keen to work in a team environment, but also happy to work independently.
22. Dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
23. 5 years + UK experience or Chartered Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) (Desirable)
24. Fully proficient in programmes including Revit and AutoCAD
25. Excellent technical design skills
26. Experience of detailing complex buildings and ability to produce comprehensive working drawing packages
27. Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth
28. Ability to work on projects autonomously
29. Proven ability of running projects across technical work stages
30. Help Junior members of the team
31. Experience of working on UK developments with good knowledge of the Building Regulations
