Waking Night Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:
10. You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence.
11. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
12. Personal care will be required.
13. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
14. Support throughout the night is required from time to time, this will involve routine checks, being a support if someone wakes up unsettled and completing various other tasks within the service.
15. Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.

17. Flexible, as shift will be x3 12 hours per week on Rota basis
18. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
19. Have a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
