Your typical day could start with checking the team’s inbox for any queries or issues that need resolving, escalating or forwarding to the appropriate team. Then you might update key stakeholders on the status of tasks, always providing a high-quality service. Then you might be carrying out data entry and data maintenance in our people systems in relation to all colleague information, championing data integrity and utilising the system to its full capability or you might be reviewing a colleagues DBS application and ensuring processed as soon as possible.
As a People Operations Assistant you’ll be the first point of contact for People Operations support via email and phone, responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with internal colleagues, providing accurate and timely customer service, and resolving People transactions and administration queries, within agreed service levels.
With a particular focus on ownership and accountability for managing the resolution of customer issues, you’ll play an active role within the team, you’ll work alongside the People Advisors and Operations Manager daily with tasks and activities that span the whole of the colleague lifecycle
You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You’ll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.
Your role covers all aspects of the colleague lifecycle, you will have exposure to all aspects of People & Culture, including key projects supporting the wider business.
