Service Coordinator
OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to plan and allocate reactive callouts of Field Engineers and prioritising engineer activities.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (40-hour week)
* £25,000 - £27,000
* 21 days holiday

Service Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and allocate customer reactive callouts to the team of Field Engineers.
* Prioritising, scheduling and recording service engineer activities as well as logging all updates onto the system.
* Chasing any requested information as well as keeping customers and the team informed of any updates.
* Ensure the Service Desk telephones are promptly answered during all working hours.
* Receive incoming enquiries from customers via telephone, email etc.
Service Coordinator – Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in maintenance services, logistics or scheduling engineers is essential.
2. Must have a good knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
3. Computer literate, with experience in MS Office.
4. Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
5. Strong administration and coordination skills.
