HR Advisor
Location: Glasgow city centre - Travel to Edinburgh office will be required
Salary: £32k to £35k DOE per annum
Hours of work: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

A bit about the role…
* Advise, support and coach people managers in the correct application of HR policies and approaches
* Provision of HR advice to employees, including advice around our family friendly provisions
* Refine and operate key HR processes and procedures e.g. inductions, exit interviews etc. and co-ordinate relevant correspondence with HR Assistants
* Use of management information to identify trends/ issues in conjunction with HR Business Partners
* Manage employee relations cases from end to end which may include conduct, absence management or performance cases, with support from HR Business Partner as required
* Provide help to implement change management initiatives
* Facilitate skills development sessions within the wider business
* Ensure accurate data is maintained on HR systems
* Assist HR Business Partners with cyclical processes e.g. annual pay and bonus reviews
* Support the recruitment process as required (up to Partner level)
* Undertake various ad hoc projects and activities as required in accordance with agreed HR team priorities
