A Manufacturing and Production client of ours in the Halstead area are recruiting a Project Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm. Paying £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, key duties include but are not limited to:
Internal support for the specification and external teams.
Review projects and load them on CRM.
Contact consulting practices to arrange CPD's.
Loading website download contact details on CRM.
Tracking trends in sectors and reporting them to Commercial Director.
Assisting with market or customer lead initiatives.
Working closely with the external teams.
Building relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Project following and tracking by phone and e-mail.
Updating CRM system accurately.
Assisting CS team with quote and order inputting as and when required.
Any general office associated duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Project Administrator position:
Excellent communication skills
Previous Customer Service Administration or Project Administrator experience essential.
Confident computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Experience of NAV and/or EFACs systems would be an advantage
