As a Customer Service Administrator, your main tasks will be to deal with nationwide couriers, managing deliveries and all enquiries and issues. Staying one step ahead to ensure clients receive their orders in a timely and professional manner, this is a fully on-site role, working 35 hours per week; key duties will include;
* Managing all customer and delivery enquiries via telephone and email
* Liaise with all courier services to ensure delivery of orders
* Act as the constant point of contact for all client delivery queries
* Support the overflow of the customer care team
* Manage all administrative based tasks
