We are recruiting a HR Advisor role in a business that will offer great benefits and career development! The role will provide effective HR Advisory and administration to the business; assisting the HR People Manager in delivering the HR strategy.
Duties include:
* Support, develop, and coach managers in matters of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, working with the Trade Union.
* Providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
* Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents.
* Supporting with HR Projects.
* Delivery of induction training for new starters.
* Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site.
* Primary contact for managers and employees across all people matters.
* Maintaining data and management of the HRIS.
* MI Reporting.
Skills Requirements:
* Experience within a HR role, HR Advisory or Officer, within a busy working environment
* Excellent understanding of employment law
* Good understanding of employee relation matters
* Exposure to Unions and TUPE
* HR operational experience
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
