Our client based in Bicester is recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a 25–30 hour per week permanent contract. (The actual working pattern can be discussed at interview)
Your role will be to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office administration. Including some HR administration, acting as a main point of contact between head office and the warehouse.
General duties will include:
To provide cover and support to all colleagues in an administration capacity when needed.
Assisting with general office duties.
Welcome and check in guests and visiting team members from other sites, including the issue of fobs for security clearance.
Complete permits to work for contractors on site.
Manage QA responsibilities when the team is absent, on all consumable deliveries and orders.
Update notice boards, staff schedules and operational trainings.
HR Admin (under the direction of the HR Manager/HR Generalist)
Performing various administrative tasks to support the HR department and Warehouse Manager, such as filing paperwork, managing correspondence, and organising HR-related events or meetings on site.
Assisting with HR and H&S training initiatives including E-Learning.
Note taking and logging meetings and follow ups as required.
Supporting and assisting the HR and warehouse team in ad hoc campaigns (e.g. Surveys and events).
Managing on site employee data and personnel records.
Assist with the smooth induction of new starters - including the completion of new starter forms.
Send weekly staff updates to HR.
Manage weekly and monthly timesheets, ensuring the submission is accurate and on time.
Any other ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
