Graduate HR Advisor
Our Role
As a Graduate HR Advisor, you will be a fundamental part of the HR Department. You will be an integral member of the Operational HR team, supporting a growing business across the UK by delivering proactive, professional, and dynamic HR support. You will be supporting our contracts by building strong relationships with management and delivering bespoke advice to assist the operations and wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first line employee relations advice to People Managers, relating to disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, absence management etc in a timely manner
2. Responsible for resolving more complex administrative queries, providing analysis and recommendations
3. Supporting projects; where required support Operational teams or business projects e.g., mobililsations, TUPE, resizing projects, recruitment drives
4. Work collaboratively as part of a team or autonomously as required
5. Delivering and applying best practice HR solutions
6. Implementing continuous improvement to policy, process and service
