Position: Support Worker

Salary Details: £12.74 - £13.64 DOE
The Cambian Group is looking for Support Workers to work with the professional team at Hill House School. Recently judged by Ofsted to be an Outstanding provision, Hill House is a special school and care home setting offering 52-week support for young people aged 11-19 years old, who have a diagnosis of Autism and learning difficulties. Working within the professional team of therapy and education staff, you will be part of making a real difference to these young people, enabling them to achieve their personal best.

Full induction training is given as well as a range of other training opportunities, both internal and external. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our residents you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support.
Candidate Profile
You will be a strong team player, confident, motivated and well organised. Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you’ll be someone with a genuine desire to help others. Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post. You should have achieved an RQF Residential Child Care level 3 Diploma or similar qualification.
