Home Manager - Brand New Nursing Home - Great Yarmouth - £65,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently looking for a Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to join a fantastic new nursing home in Great Yarmouth. The home is part of one of the region's leading nursing homes, and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join and lead the team in this new state-of-the-art service.

The job duties for this role are:
1. Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
2. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
3. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
4. Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
5. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
7. Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
As a Home Manager (RGN or RMN), you will have:
1. An RGN qualification or RMN qualification
2. Current registration with the NMC and CQC
3. Previous Home Manager experience leading an excellent home
