Deputy Care Manager- Domiciliary
£29,000 per annum
Location- Mexborough- S64
Hours- Monday- Friday -9-5pm
The Recruitment Crowd are working with a fantastic Domiciliary care provider in Mexborough who are looking to appoint a new Deputy Manager to support their support packages across Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
Brief overview of the role:
As Deputy Manager, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the Registered Manager, taking on day-to-day duties across all services to ensure that the services delivered across all day-to-day aspects of operations are of a consistently high standard. You will implement and maintain an effective quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practices, and continuous improvement of services in line with Quality Assurance Policies.
This role could be for you if you have:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.
* At least 2 years relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting
* Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
* Experience of managing an effective team
* A knowledge and understanding of the current legal
* responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services
* Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
* Ability to provide advice and guidance outside of normal office hours as required.

Education & Training:
NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management or the equivalent (or willingness to work towards the new diploma)- Level 3 Minimum
