TheRole
As an IT Support Engineer youwill play a key role providing exceptional customer service andtechnical support to businesses across. You'll work closely with agrowing team collaborating to solve challenges and exceed clientexpectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ofthe IT SupportEngineer:
* Manage andmaintain Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams,and OneDrive.
* Support Microsoft Windows desktopoperating systems, including installation, configuration, updates,and troubleshooting.
* Oversee the deployment,configuration, and management of Microsoft Windows Serverenvironments and Active Directory to ensure secure and efficientoperations.
* Diagnose and resolve issues relatedto antivirus software, networking, printers, and connectivity,ensuring minimal downtime and high servicelevels.
* Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for Apple devices.
* Configurefirewalls, routers, and other network security devices to maintainsecure and efficient networkoperations.
Essential Experience &Qualifications for the IT Support Engineerrole:
* Proven experienceworking within a desktop supportrole
* Experience in the followingareaseitherwithin a1st or2nd line role:
o Microsoft Windowsand desktop operating systems
o Microsoft WindowsServer and Active Directory
o Microsoft 365administration, including SharePoint, Teams, andOneDrive
o Antivirus, networking, printers, andconnectivity troubleshooting
o Support for Appledevices and operating systems
o Firewall androuter configuration
* Fulldriving license and access to owntransport
