Job Purpose
To manage, develop and maintain existing accounts; to source, introduce and develop new business relationships.
Responsibilities
1. To manage existing customers, developing long term relationships, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.
2. To source, introduce and develop new business customers, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.
3. To be responsible for following up on sales and marketing leads and maintaining relevant records.
4. Act in a professional manner with regard to management, confidentiality, security, personal attitude and presentation.
5. Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
6. Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.
7. Document all configurations and information relevant to customers, sites and Group, stored as per Procedures.
8. Personal Development - maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.
9. Uphold and implement Group Policies and procedures in all work activities.
10. Provide feedback to the Group on all perceived risks, issues and potential improvements.
