RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME HOURS
Our client is known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients. They are looking for an experienced, professional Receptionist to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact for guests and clients and will play an integral role in representing this organisation. There will be opportunities to develop your skills and career, with many benefits.
The Role
1. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the company.
2. Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
3. Answering and forwarding phone calls.
4. Scheduling appointments and meeting times.
5. Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
6. Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
What we're looking for in our receptionists:
1. Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House, etc.
2. Friendly and charismatic disposition, comfortable engaging and interacting with many people on a daily basis.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office.
6. Diary Management.
7. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, able to take initiative to represent the company in a positive light.
