In this exciting position, you will work closely with customers to identify and resolve any issues related to the maintenance of their homes, providing expert guidance and support whenever needed.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a patch of around two hundred homes, conducting regular inspections to ensure all properties are well-maintained, and communicating effectively with customers to address any concerns or queries they may have.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for career advancement.
