Role Purpose: As the Brand & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brands remain recognisable, exciting, and aligned with customer expectations. Your focus will be on planning and executing initiatives that elevate our brand visibility and reputation. With digital marketing as a priority, you will spearhead a variety of campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating demand. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive strategies for brand positioning and digital marketing, working closely with our in-house Studio team. Campaign Management: Manage a rolling 12-18 month campaign calendar to coordinate marketing activities across print, broadcast, and online platforms, enhancing product credibility among key channel partners. Digital Marketing Oversight : Oversee daily execution of digital marketing strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Literature Strategy: Lead the design and creation of marketing materials, including the Product and Price Guide Brochure. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of customer trends and predict future ones, leveraging marketing KPIs to enhance brand recognition and execution. Performance Evaluation: Track marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate the impact of marketing efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing. Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics. Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
