Deputy Children's Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary Range: £32,585 - £36,185 per annum (based on experience)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Deputy Children's Manager to join our client's children's home in Redhill. In this position, you will:
* Support the Registered Care Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations
* Deputise/act up for the Registered Manager in their absence
* Safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the young people
* Support the manager and the team to ensure that the young person's stay complies with the ethos of the company and the care plan
* Support the manager and the team to ensure that when the young person comes to leave the home that is done sensitively and within the company's policy and procedures
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
* Experience as a Deputy Manager
