Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our calling team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting qualified inbound leads, introducing them to our services, and setting appointments for our financial advisors. This position is ideal for someone who excels in communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients to generate interest in our wealth management services.
· Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and how we can help prospects achieve their financial goals.
· Schedule initial appointments for our financial advisors.
· Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system, tracking progress and outcomes.
· Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and kept appointments.
· This is a full time in office position, remote working is not available.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or telemarketing role is required.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· A basic understanding of financial products and services is an advantage.
· Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
· Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a team environment.
