As a Senior Building Risk Manager at Goodman Masson, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents across our portfolio of buildings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes working closely with residents, tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to address safety concerns and ensure transparency.
A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, which requires close attention to detail and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a strong track record of ensuring building safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a building safety or risk management role, preferably in a similar industry
* Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or health and safety
* Strong knowledge of building safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
