Maximise Cash Collections and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Stroud, working six days a week with Saturday work required on a rota basis.
About the Role
* Engage with customers in financial difficulty, communicating across various channels.
* Taking payments and negotiating repayment options to achieve the best outcome for customers and the company.
* Understand customer contact quickly, taking ownership of solving sensitive and complex queries.
* Process data accurately and update systems and records, including external industry bodies.
* Adhere to industry compliance and regulations, such as the Data Protection Act and Vulnerability Commitment.
Your Skills and Experience
* You will have passion and experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably with collections experience.
* Able to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and thrive independently.
* Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to listen, speak, and write confidently and with attention to detail.
* An organised problem solver, able to take ownership of complex issues and find creative solutions.
* High level of resilience and positivity, and be able to manage change in an ever-evolving energy market.

$40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
