Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, tailored lessons: Adapt and implement lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH difficulties, supporting their academic and personal development.
Promote a positive learning environment: Encourage resilience and personal growth, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and social skills.
Manage challenging behaviours: Employ effective behaviour management strategies to handle complex and sometimes confrontational situations calmly and professionally.
