Job Description
Head of Digital Portfolio with strong Wealth Management product knowledge urgently required on a 9-month contract basis, by a leading Financial Advisory organisation based flexibly from their Swindon HQ.
This is a business-critical role, responsible for overseeing the entire digital portfolio, ensuring that digital initiatives and projects align with the company’s strategic objectives, meet market demands, and drive overall business growth.
You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, whilst ensuring all digital initiatives and projects in the portfolio comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
You will have an excellent aptitude towards Change, be innovative and flexible with a strong desire to create new and improved processes designed around creating an exceptional customer experience.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:
* Proven experience successfully managing and optimising digital projects & portfolios
* Good knowledge of Wealth Management products
* Business / Financial Advisory exposure
* Hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives
* Excellent understanding of digital customer experience
* Strong experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across different departments
* Experienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe
* Strategic mindset, with proven exposure collaborating with C-suite

This is a 9-month contract role, based flexibly from Swindon offering a daily rate of between £600- 700 / day.
