Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Housekeeping Supervisor, working full-time with a competitive salary of £24,654.93 per annum. This role requires some weekend work on a rota basis and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to flawless service.
Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the Housekeeping Department. Your duties will be performed to the highest standards and will include:
* Managing and training Team Members to ensure their performance meets our exacting standards.
* Allocating work duties to Team Members.
* Ensuring the daily wash of towels is attended to in-house and counting/bagging the bed linen for collection by our external laundry provider.
* Ensuring the efficient operation of our in-house laundry and linen stock.
* Performing stock checks for Suite & Lodge Linen/towels, etc.
* Ensuring linen and towel stocks are rotated.
* Managing the workflow in the laundry and ensuring it meets business needs.
* Managing resort uniform stock and ordering as required.
* Assisting with the Lodge/Suite deep cleaning processes and any other projects as required.
* Providing excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements.
* Ensuring adherence to Resort brand standards at all times.
Requirements

* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming.
* A proven track record of working with and managing a team.
* Strong organizational and analytic skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in managing people, ideally using a coaching style to ensure consistently high standards.
* Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
* Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous to have experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
