The role
; including the audit trail maintained for each of our mandatory training deadlines and associated activities (i.e., reminders sent to individuals, status updates to the business and Risk and Quality).
1. Ensure that all team documents, trackers, reports and diaries are kept up to date with current information and relevant detail.
2. Provide essential reports, dashboards and metrics to our own leadership teams and committees for their oversight.
3. Perform an essential role with respect to the internal audits we are subject to as an L&D function on a yearly basis - providing data, evidence and documentation for a number of sample cases across training areas.

6. A curiosity/interest in challenging existing processes and using the firms digital tools to improve ways of working
7. Advanced analytic skills (using excel and Google sheets)
8. Proven ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once
9. Proven ability to demonstrate agility and adaptation in an ever changing landscape
10. Goal orientated - maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables
11. Commercially orientated - keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
12. Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as a track record of working professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider-team
13. Proven ability to manage and prioritise projects and work to deadlines
14. Ability to build and maintain good relationships to hold challenging conversations, and ability to assert influence, with Partners, senior staff within the business and colleagues within L&D
15. Communicate confidently and effectively, both in written and verbal form
16. Effectively use online collaboration tools i.e. Google, Currents, etc.
Highly desirable:
17. Experience with data manipulation / analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
