As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this transformation. You will strategically align our People Systems, ensuring they deliver value and have a roadmap of continuous improvements. You will be an advocate for our customers, working with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure our systems and modules, particularly in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, are compliant, business-aligned, and deliver the best possible experience for our employees, who are at the centre of everything we do!
If you have 3 years or more of experience in a Product Owner or Manager role, knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central and EC Payroll, and a proven track record in continuous development and change management, we want to hear from you!
