What are you going to do?
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and implementing changes throughout the chain;
• Organizing internal training courses and transferring knowledge about HACCP and other relevant topics to employees;
• Managing quality employees;
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement areas for improvement;
• Safeguarding assortment and supplier changes;
• Managing supplier relationships and conducting audits to ensure quality;
• Maintaining relationships with customers/stakeholders ;
• Coordinating audits by customers/stakeholders ;
• Managing contracts and relationships with customers/stakeholders ;
• Design and improvement of manuals and operational resources;
• Participate in tender processes for suppliers.
What do we expect from you?
• You have an HBO work and thinking level;
• You have demonstrable experience with quality management in the food industry;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including HACCP;
• You are an enthusiastic and energetic personality who is strong in both process and content;
