This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and drive continuous improvements within a leading-edge organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and complete Business Analyst (BA) activities on assigned demands. Conduct in-depth requirements gathering to understand project goals and objectives. Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation for handover to project delivery teams. Act as the primary liaison between demand requestors and the Systems & Data (S&D) team, ensuring data requirements are met. Collaborate with Intelligent Automation (IA) and Digital teams on customer experience (CX) demands. Perform data analysis and update weekly demand KPI reports. Provide process improvement support for projects within the S&D team. Foster positive, cross-functional relationships to ensure collaborative approaches to project delivery. Key Requirements: Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. Proficient in data analysis and reporting ; experience with Excel and Office 365 is essential. Solid understanding of process development and optimisation. Stakeholder management experience, working with multiple teams and functions. Experience in an operational environment, managing multiple inputs and delivering focused outcomes. Excellent corporate presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
