Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - This role is covering a period of maternity leave which we currently anticipate to be for a period of 10 months.
Start Date: 1st January 2025
Location: The role is based around our office in Liphook. Not only are the people lovely (with great taste in music) but the office and grounds are beautiful. Park in an apple orchard, have meetings sitting by our lake or take a walk in the Hampshire countryside over lunch.
A bit about the role: This is a Fixed-Term contract role in our fast-growing Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. We are seeking a Recruiter to deliver a positive candidate experience and work closely with hiring managers to make quality hiring decisions that ensure all our staff align with the Rocksteady mission and ethos.
Responsibilities:
* Review applications and interview for Non-Band Leader roles.
* Lead Assessment Day for Non-Band Leader roles.
* Support at final stage interviews alongside a Hiring Manager for Non-Band Leader roles.
* Liaise with Hiring Managers on their requirements and design the recruitment process accordingly.
* Provide high-quality recruitment journey for all Non-Band Leader candidates including candidate updates, feedback calls and managing careers inbox queries.
* Building out the Talent Pool for Non-Band Leader roles.
* Review applications and conduct 1st and 2nd video interviews for Band Leader roles where required.
* Lead Table at Assessment Day for Band Leaders & Support at Observations for Band Leaders where required.
* Headhunting for all roles using various sourcing platforms.
* Promote Rocksteady’s employer brand through active participation in job fairs, recruitment, and other networking events.
* Any other tasks appropriate to the role as required.

* Experience in Recruitment (ideally).
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
* People focused with an ability to build instant rapport.
* Able to communicate passionately and confidently with candidates and colleagues.
* Great time management skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
* Resilient and composed.
* Ability to have challenging conversations and deliver objective feedback.
* Exceptional listening skills.
