About the role
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and deliver technology services and solutions across the business, this will be a varied and diverse role which will see operating as the outward facing lead for all things tech and project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
4. Producing and implementing an IT Strategy that contributes and aligns towards our corporate goals and improves efficiency of company processes by making more effective use of existing software.
5. Defining, agreeing, and delivering appropriate IT Service Levels and performance standards
6. Ensuring appropriate resources, including IT budgets, are available to deliver service levels and projects ahead of time.
7. Ensuring the IT department always has integrity and resilience, along with a culture of collaboration and high performance service delivery.
8. Support, lead and guide the team covering Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security and Applications & Training to deliver; secure, stable, performant and easy to use solutions to meet the business’ evolving needs.
9. Research of and lead on the design and implementation of new technologies and products.
10. Leading as the IT Project Manager for all complex IT projects including the delivery of new applications.
This is also a hands-on role which will see you being an active part in projects and all day to day activities.
You will be based from our Head Office in Ringwood.
Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday with one hour for lunch each day.

About you
This is the perfect opportunity for either an experienced IT Leader who is seeking a new challenge or knowledgeable and ambitious Delivery Lead keen to advance their career in the months and years ahead.
Either way the successful candidate will have a demonstrable record in designing, implementing, and executing an IT strategy, along with the proven ability to inspire, develop and manage a team of IT professionals. Ideally your background will include working for a fast-paced SME organisation who are growth orientated and have project delivery experience.
We are seeking a "hands on", delivery orientated applicant with the ability to connect with all key stakeholders, therefore you will possess a high level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to translate technical terminology to non-technical teams.
Above all we are looking for some who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day activities, thrives being in the middle of IT operational matters and who is always looking to support and develop the team to reach their own goals, in additional to the commercial objectives.
Proven experience with: Azure AD, Microsoft 365, InTune /MDM, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Teams, SQL, Power BI and Meraki products is required. If you have Cyber Security experience and or qualifications this would be a distinct advantage,
