Insurance Performance Manager – Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London)

Aviva are currently looking for a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team.
It's an exciting time to join Aviva's personal lines business. After a period of profitable growth, we're now looking to expand some of our key teams across the business.

A bit about the job:
The role, Insurance Performance Manager, is within Personal Lines Retail, which is one of Aviva’s major growth areas, often seen as its ‘shop window’ and the primary touch point for customers through its advanced digital channels.
We want to be the number one insurer in the market, and to achieve that we need to be ahead of our competitors with how we optimise our pricing and product propositions, with a challenge to grow our business and our market share significantly.

Skills and Experience we’re looking for:
6. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the personal lines insurance market
7. Natural curiosity and desire to drive the business forward
8. Ability to inspire high performance, through excellent stakeholder management skills
9. Confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace
10. Experience in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
What you’ll get for this role :
11. Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
12. Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
