GMP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a well-known and highly reputable Birmingham based company, on a full time, permanent contract. Our client is a highly recognisable and multi-disciplined property business specialising in property Auctions and property Agency.
The salary on offer for this position is up to £28,000 per annum, dependant on experience. This is a full time, permanent position working 5 days a week in office, working 9am till 5pm.
The company is now looking for an organised and motivated individual to join their busy and lively team, liaising with sellers, buyers and solicitors on a daily basis. You will be a main port of call for answering phones, keeping on top of leads/email enquiries and be responsible for a variety of admin tasks within the department to include carrying out identification/anti-money laundering checks.
Property Administrator main duties:
1. Prepare Terms & Conditions.
2. Prepare property particulars and uploading to our website and property portals.
3. Responsible for carrying out identification/anti-money laundering.
4. checks to include company checks and risk assessments on all sellers and buyers.
5. Checking and approving remote bidding applications.
6. Chase up outstanding information such as listing fees, terms, EPC’s, ID and keys.
7. Answering a high volume of telephone calls per day in a professional and polite manner.
