What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a talent for organisation and communication. While knowledge of Japanese is not essential, it’s a welcome bonus that will make you stand out.
What You’ll Do
* Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling, and document preparation.
* Keep the office organized by managing supplies, filing, and coordinating with vendors.
* Support meetings with scheduling, note-taking, and preparing materials.
* Be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
* Assist team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
What You Bring
* Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Japanese (spoken and/or written).
* Experience in an office or administrative support role.
