Job Description
Job Summary: The Scenic Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement and coordination of scenic elements for our themed location based entertainment projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of scenic components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Coordination: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers specializing in scenic elements, ensuring they meet our quality standards and project requirements.
2. Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process for scenic materials, including negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on scenic elements to ensure they meet design specifications and safety standards.
4. Project Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and project management teams to align supplier deliverables with project timelines and objectives.
