This high end furniture manufacturer with offices throughout Europe, have a growing London office and an abundance of new opportunities for German speakers. They're looking for a German Customer Service Agent to provide first line support but the company will offer excellent progression opportunities due to the growth.
Job Description
As the German speaking Customer Service Agent in London, you will:
3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, policies, procedures, etc.
4. Assist customers in other inquiries related to their purchase experience.
5. Handle customer complaints finding appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Escalate cases requiring additional assistance.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services by providing feedback and suggestions.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in applying to this high end furniture manufacturer, you should:
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills DE/EN.
9. Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
10. Ability to problem-solve effectively and make autonomous decisions when necessary.
11. Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm and courteous even in challenging situations.
12. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13. Good understanding of computer tools, technical systems (SAP, optional C4C) and different processes within those systems."
