Pertemps Daventry are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager based in Daventry for one of our established companies.
Hours - 8.00am - 16.30opm
1 Hour Lunch
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000pa DOE
Main Responsibilities:
1. To play a key role in facilitating customers to promote customers to use their services, in a professional and efficient way.
2. The Customer Services Manager will assist in the process of continued improvement through development and implementation of new processed and ideas, Improving company sales and retention activities, Also manage the customer service team's involvement in the running of a small business.
3. Reporting to the Director and working in partnership with the rest of the team.
4. All office based but with Occasional visits to prospects and new customers.
Candidate Requirements:
5. Experience in 3PL,Logistics and Distribution.
6. Experience within in Customer Service
7. A desire to succeed, Proactive, Driver and Highly Motivated
