Job Description
Working under the direction of the Lead Consultant, this position will support technical implementations across all marketing automation platforms and Salesforce products. The role is responsible for technical delivery in line with industry best practices, maximizing utilization, and continually supporting Senior or Lead Consultants in completing tasks associated with projects or retainers.
This role is targeted towards platform expertise that we are trying to attract into our multi-talented multi-platform teams. This role will be developed and upskilled to work across all of MarCloud’s platform range.
General Duties and Responsibilities
1. Technical Implementation: DCs are crucial for implementing all technical solutions assigned by Senior or Lead Consultants ensuring they align with industry best practices.
2. Client Support: Contribute to client success by supporting implementations, maximizing tool utilization, conducting training sessions, and continually assisting clients in achieving better return on investment (ROI).
3. Documentation and Quality Assurance: DCs are responsible for documenting deliverables, independently reviewing and testing solutions, ensuring quality and understanding among clients and colleagues.
4. Support the Lead Consultants on implementations including requirements analysis, solution definition, audits, business change, adoption, process/workflow, and development.
5. Create best-in-class email templates, landing pages, and web forms (working from client brand guidelines/designs to build email templates/layout templates).
6. Create documentation and strategy frameworks for best-practice Salesforce solutions that will be rolled out to our clients.
7. Coach and develop other team members in your areas of expertise where possible.
Platform-specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Experience with technical Marketing Cloud solutions addressing common business problems.
2. Knowledge and in-depth technical experience in implementing and troubleshooting CRM and Marketing automation tools/systems.
3. Experience in delivering and managing the development of technical projects on Marketing Cloud.
4. Knowledge and experience of using AMPscript.

5. Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and specialize in either MCAE, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (or a combination of).
