A Civil Litigation Legal Secretary position has arisen with a Legal 500 firm based in its Worcester office.
Our client is a full service, well-established law firm and is now recruiting an additional legal secretary to join its expanding civil litigation department. You will join a friendly, supportive firm which offers a commitment to your development.
About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you’ll provide professional secretarial support to the fee earners. Key responsibilities include:

* Audio dictation and word processing
* Diary and file management
* Regular client and third-party interactions
* General administrative duties

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive team player with:

* Proven secretarial experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in ICT and strong attention to detail
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

In order to be successful for this Civil Litigation Legal Secretary role based in Kidderminster, you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary, a fantastic team working attitude, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing the best client service.
