Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a local authority in West Sussex for a Payroll Manager (Internal SME). This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team to manage the day-to-day payroll and HR administration services for the council's employees, schools, and external partners. 1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 staff to deliver efficient and accurate payroll and HR administration services for WSCC employees, schools, and external partners.
2. Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently while supporting the team in addressing complex pay, pensions, and HR queries from managers, employees, and external customers.
