Purpose of the role:
As Lunaz grows, we are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team. The purpose of the role is to maintain a high quality and professional purchase and sales ledger function to ensure robust, compliant and efficient financial processes operate across Lunaz.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of delivering accurate and on-time information in a manufacturing environment. Lunaz is committed to nurturing and promoting talent internally. Your role accountabilities:
1. Processing inbound invoices onto the accounting system, appropriately matching these to Purchase Orders
2. Creating and sending sales invoices to customers
3. Processing expense claims from employees, ensuring claims are in line with company policies
4. Completing payment reconciliations to ensure an up-to-date general ledger
5. Partnering with purchasing teams to assist with payment processing
