About the role

Our IT Department is expanding and we have a new role available for an IT Infrastructure Engineer!As an IT Infrastructure Engineer you will be working as part of the IT Infrastructure department. The core responsibilities include supporting and maintaining infrastructure solutions and services, making sure services are delivered and act as an escalation point for the wider support desks.

This role will also comprise of project work.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work with the Infrastructure Manager to ensure changes are planned and implemented in a structured and assured way.
2. Assist with regular testing of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and contribute to their ongoing review.
3. Assist in infrastructure incident management and resolution.
