About the Role We are looking for a proactive and versatile Ads Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. Based in London, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving advertising initiatives in the UK market. You’ll strategise and execute B2B marketing activities that build brand recognition, align with sales objectives, and resonate with local advertisers. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies and narratives to empower the Sales team and engage advertising clients. Ensure alignment with global messaging by collaborating closely with regional and global teams. Event Strategy & Engagement: Lead the presence at local industry events and client engagements, ensuring relevance and impactful representation at every touchpoint. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Communications, Ad Product Marketing, Research, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Events to create cohesive and effective campaigns. Business Goal Alignment: Synthesise business objectives to define key audiences, regions, and channels, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with overarching goals. Data & Insights Analysis: Utilise data insights and new ad solutions to uncover and share compelling B2B stories tailored to the UK market, enriching the value proposition for advertising partners. Advertiser Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of advertiser partners, gathering actionable insights to shape product and marketing strategies. Represent partner needs to cross-functional teams effectively. Industry Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for local trade bodies such as the IAB, enhancing industry alignment and fostering credibility. Leadership Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership on successes, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising, or marketing communications. Strong knowledge of the CTV, OTT, or streaming landscape (preferred). Expertise in product positioning, crafting narratives, and developing impactful collateral. Proven ability to work closely with product and sales teams to shape and communicate strategy effectively. Experience creating diverse content types, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership materials. Success in delivering impactful B2B event activations, both 1P and 3P, to support commercial goals. Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision under tight deadlines. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders. A creative and strategic mindset, coupled with a results-oriented approach.
