Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Plan the preventative maintenance activities, ensuring lessons are learned
2. Schedule, maintain and print out schedule of works
3. Plan corrective maintenance activities
4. Manage part ordering process
5. Hold daily technical interface meetings between stores and maintenance
6. Ensure the site hold critical parts list
7. Plan and manage utilities
8. Generate monthly and weekly reports
9. Liaise with contractors to the site and generate permits as required
10. Contribute to a healthy work environment
Qualifications
Desirable criteria:
11. Previous experience with production or maintenance planning
12. Experience using SAP or SAP PM as well as Microsoft Package
13. Contractors management experience
Preferable criteria:
14. Experience writing Permits to Work
15. Experience working as a fitter or electrician
16. Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
17. Strong work ethic
18. Team player
19. Strong communication and prioritisation skills
20. Problem solver
21. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
