* Conduct dimensional and visual quality inspections of additively manufactured components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
* Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as X-ray or CT scanning for internal structure analysis.
* Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications to validate part compliance.
* Utilize optical metrology techniques (e.g., laser scanning) for precise surface analysis.
* Record inspection results in detailed reports and maintain traceability of components through documentation.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
* Perform incoming material inspections and validate powders, resins, or other feedstock used in AM processes.
* Support process qualification and validation activities, including first-article inspections.

* Proficiency in using inspection equipment, including CMMs, laser scanners, and traditional hand tools.
* Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
* Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes such as SLS, SLA, DMLS, or FDM.
* Knowledge of materials science, especially related to metals, polymers, and composites.
* Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management standards.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
