HR Officer required to work with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust within the Human Resources Directorate. Hours of work will be 9am 5pm Monday to Friday with an hourly pay rate of £14.53 per hour. This role is for a minimum 3 months with a possibility of extension. Post holder will be part of the HR team assisting in the provision of Attendance Management service w for the trust The post holder, while working under the direction of the HR Manager, will be the first point of Attendance Management contact for specified Directorates, providing advice and guidance in line with the Management of Attendance Protocol. The post holder will liaise with HSC Pensions, Occupational Health Service, Trade Unions, HSC Payroll Service Centre and External Agencies. What we Need from you ? Degree and two years experience in either a Human Resources Role OR ? 5 GCSEs grades A-C including Math and English and 3 years experience in either a Human Resources Role or a Role which includes Attendance Management OR ? 4 years experience in either a Human Resources Role What We Will Offer You: ?
