Understand and interpret questions and requirements in Bid documentation. Liaise with different individuals/teams (Including IT Infrastructure) to gather necessary information for clear and concise responses. Construct answers to Bid submission questions at the highest quality standards. Conduct post-bid outcome analysis for continuous improvement. Control and prioritise from Bid Sign On to Bid Off, managing sign-offs and dates for each opportunity. Maintain Bid Templates for the Bid process and submission. Timely planning, coordination, and efficient management. Maintain and develop tools supporting the bid submission process. Update the library of company standard documentation and ensure profiles are regularly updated. Collaborate with internal teams to build a library of associated content. Undertake ongoing research on best practices. Maintain a log and calculate success rates, and manage feedback and lessons learned. Consolidate legal documentation required for tenders. Track cost drivers and consolidate commercial drivers. Review bid content, pricing sheets, and formatting, ensuring all material is addressed. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in an IT organisation. Experience with compiling extensive documents is essential. Project Management training is essential (Prince II/ PMP/ Agile) Previous people management experience is desirable. Good presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commercial acumen/experience. Education: Desirable third-level qualification in IT or Business Systems. Relevant industry ITIL certifications. Some relevant technical qualification/certification is essential. Business Certificates are desirable but not essential. Highly Advantageous: Cloud technologies. Service Desk & Service Management.
