Are you an HR Officer or similar with CIPD level 5 looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic equipment rental company who offer you a career progression and put you through internal training?

Your role will include:
1. Organising recruitment campaigns for all depots across Ireland
2. Conducting the induction and onboarding process
3. Generating monthly HR KPI reports and maintaining accurate records
4. Providing relevant advice and support to line managers on people management duties
5. Supporting line managers in organising training for their teams
THE PERSON:
1. HR Officer or similar
2. Relevant degree in HRM or CIPD Level 5 / Associate Membership
