Senior Risk Reporting Manager – Salary circa £75,000

Our Risk Conduct & Insight team is a centre of excellence for conduct risk management, SM&CR governance, and reporting – including regulatory – as well as responsible for much of the risk & control MI within the UK General Insurance business.
A bit about the job:
The purpose of this role is to deliver a suite of meaningful & insightful reporting, while identifying and driving improvements within the reporting processes and MI suite, as well as across all areas of operational risk within the first line of defence, to enable the business to work smarter and faster.
What you’ll do:
1. Delivering board level reporting.
2. Report writing and, where appropriate, presentation for senior stakeholders (e.g. Board Risk Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, UKGI ExCo, conduct committee etc.).
3. Responsibility for ensuring controls in place remain in tolerance and are assessed in a timely manner.
4. Liaising with Group 1st line risk, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defence for reporting, audit activity and maintenance of the internal audit action tracker.
5. Support the UKGI Sustainability Lead from a risk, control and governance perspective to support the UKGI business in achieving its sustainability commitments.
6. Oversee UKGI’s Senior Manager & Certification Regime processes, controls and activities (for example, quarterly Management Responsibility Map reviews prior to regulatory submission).
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
7. Experienced Risk professional with a proven track record of Risk Management skills.
8. Successful record of building personal credibility with, and influencing of senior managers.
9. Strong written and verbal skills – report writing and presenting to senior level leadership.
10. Deep knowledge of financial and regulatory matters relevant to insurance/Financial companies.
11. Ability to anticipate future trends and needs as well as managing current environment.

12. Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
